17|07|2004 Lorrach.

Ok imagine yourself a square, surrounded by pubs, Italian ice cream shop, hotels and people walking in out and over the square, placed in a little town somewhere in the mountains.

We arrived around 11:30th and at the square Melissa’s crew was just starting to build op the stage.
The Lucky sign and the lighting equipment were pulled up on the sealing, and later the drum of Kenny was placed on the stage.
3 man passed the parts of the drum on to Toast, and Toast was the one who placed them in a right way on the drum.

Jon was checking the cable’s and a other guy was checking the lights, to see if they would shine on the place of the band members.
Chainsaw (mle’s new guitartech) had a little toy sheep and they hide it on one of the dice’s.

So we already made a sign for Melissa to ask her where the sheep was hiding him/herself.
“I spy I spy with my little eye. And it’s a sheep”.

I also asked Toast if he good arrange a drumhead for us, and he said he will ask the band and crew later on.
Some town-people walked by and stopped to see what was going on, some people even asked who was performing tonight.
You see …the next evening Seal would give a gig, so I must say allthought tis was a little place/city it had some big name’s in the music scene.

Behind the stage was a street which was closed for traffic, and around the street was a bleu fence where the tents where placed for Melissa's crew.
One tent was filled with table’s which had already fruit drinks etc on it, and another tent was Stephanie’s which she used.
It had a laptop, scanner, fax etc to stay in touch with the world lol
Also back stage was a big confetti bag placed ….wonder what that was for ….

Halfway down the street was a “brown” building with a nice little balcony. The crew walked in and out of that building. O
ne of the members even came on the balcony to film us for own prvt material.


Around 16:30 Melissa Tammy and the band arrived in a little bus and they drove by so no signature.
First Tammy came out and then Melissa.
They walked together with Stephanie to the stage (Melissa like’s to check the stage to see how it looks etc before she goes on)

When they walked back I tried to make a picture because that shot was worth so much…Melissa and Tammy walking hand in hand so sweet.
They walked by and we asked them to give away a great balcony scene. We will see…

Later first Mark and his wife Lilly came on the balcony and talked with Medea, and then before I knew it was Melissa kind of peeked on the balcony.

She waved and checking with her hand if it started to rain. Fuck the duck, too late with camera... it’s a blur picture now!

Around 16:30th me and friend walked around in town, searching for a McDonalds and we found one after a 20 min walk.
When we where in the McDonalds we got a phone call from the other Dutchies that security told them to leave the square.

This was because the fence was being placed around the square.
Damned there was nobody on the square and yet they asked us to go of the square, bummer!


Anyway when we came back, with the Mac food, there where already more people arrived.
Medea told me a funny story about Tammy walking around on the square.

Tammy made some funny move’s for the Dutchies letting us know that she was there,.... and we where behind the fence :O)

That day I already missed another moment with Tammy, because I had to take some stuff to the car.
Tammy was walkinga round on the square with Philip and Kenny at the Italian Ice store….and Tammy made a nice dance for the fans again!


Around 18:20 we where allowed to get in and we where back at the place where we had stand all day!

At this concert Melissa had a German band (English songs) before her show and they where ok.


At 20:15 it was Melissa time, but first we got a warning form the organization.
Bad weather was arriving, so the moment it would getting worse they would tell us to leave the square and that we had to go to the sight of the market place.
After the thunder ....the show would go on and on and on lol
Guess what !

The angels where with us…no thunder, allthough some heavy dark clouds where above us and Melissa even look some times up to the sky saying;.. ’go away go away!’


Melissa was wearing an aqua blouse with yeans.
The sound for the people in front was very bad we good not hear Melissa’s voice, so after 3 songs they put some extra boxes on stage and we had good sound up front!
Tammy was also enjoying the show at the left of the stage near Chainsaw and Melissa’s guitars.

Medea showed Melissa the sign about the sheep and Melissa found it very soon on one of the dice’s.

Then Melissa asked Stephanie for the photo camera because she wanted to make a picture from the crowd at sunset.
There was a good atmosphere although the clouds became darker and darker.
At one song Melissa almost spit because some flee ended up in her mouth, a glass of water helped her out.
Later when Melissa was standing at the side of the stage Philip asked Melissa if she was ok!
He looked very worried. “You’re ok now?”
“I’m fine...”, Melissa nod.

Melissa told the audience that she stayed the day before at a hotel in Basel.
She lost all her money there... because it was so expensive.

Anyhow she did play the Silent legacy again, but there was not the “I am making love with the guitar scène in it...”
As you know allready this is my all time favorite song live, and yes ok, that is also because of the “making love “part but mostly of the strong lyrics.
The first night at the HMH it made me cry and angry, all the stress of last year came out!

The song "you can sleep while I drive"; Melissa played on the left side of the stage, closer to the people.
It was a sort of a catwalk!
That was so great to see and it was dark already ...beautiful.
At a silent moment I gave Melissa a seduced whistle and herself and the audience gave a cool reaction.
High 5 Medea ;o)

Like the way I do was my "Kenny I am seducing you" moment.
Step by step I was taking my shirt up on the words ”does she..love…you..” and then on the edge where I had to put it high up, I smashed my shirt down :O)
You should have seen his face whawhawha fucking great !
Kenny was fooled by WoodenShoe, again!



After the show we went to the parking place where the crew bus was parked and Melissa Tammy Stephanie en Steven walked already into the bus.
We where to far away but when we arrive my sexy friends were there, Mister Kenny Aronoff and Philip Sayce lady’s en gentleman lol.
Kenny came to me and told me he liked my performance on LTWID and saying I had a great stomach!
We kind of talked naughty and I smelled his great aftershave in his neck hihi.
He than squeezed my ass and I vice versa, man his butt is filled with muscle’s lol
I kind of knocked him on his chest and he had hard nipple’s!

Man we had some fun together..

Then we took 2 pictures ,on normal and one kissing his bold head!
Then I talked to Philip and when I want to have a picture with him,...there was Kenny again being crazy.
I asked Philip to give Melissa and Tammy a good night kiss, so he asked what my name was me saying "WoodenShoe".
"No your real name" "It’s Angela".
"Ok I will past the kiss on to the girls", he said!

After a long drive we finally arrived at the next Motel 03:10.

In the morning a breakfast and of to the next show together with new tour mate TulipGirl.
It was only a one hour drive to the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt, so there we good rest for a while!
